Yes that is a strange twist seeing as he has been in this since the start. With the price of gold on the rise it makes the company more attractive for takeover. I'm not sure Mr. Moores resignation makes that more likely. I think that one impediment to takeover is that there are no established majors producing in the country, thus if one decides to takeover they have to pay a premium to set up in Turkey. It is not like having a new mine say in Canada. I do not see this as a speculative bet for 2008 as they are still busy doing studies, unless of course they find something else on one of their other projects.
