No, Edwards is not that kind of guy at all. In fact, he really does care about the less fortunate. To understand this you have to hear his personal story. Once you know where he comes from you're 100% sure he's sincere. Is he ambitious? Sure, they all are.

Also, you don't understand John Kerry. He's not interested in money either. His main thing is to bring back what was taken away from us when the rightwing murdered the Kennedy brothers. Think how much better off we'd be if the Kennedys had lived. Vietnam wouldn't have happened. The Cold War would have ended 15 years earlier and crooks like Bush-Cheney or even Nixon wouldn't have had a chance.

"Liberal elite club"? That's an oxymoron. First of all "liberal" is a very out-dated word. Secondly, if you are progressive you're not for elite clubs. Third, Hillary is not "liberal" really. She's quite moderate. And btw, progressive views these days are totally mainstream which the majority agrees with. And there is nothing "conservative" about Bushies except that want to conserve their own wealth and power., and will screw us all over to accomplish that.

The only real elitists are the corporate Bushie CEO types. They're the ones who don't care about the rest of us. That has been proven in the past seven years.

Wealthy progressives I know tend to give a lot of their money away to the poor. Just look at George Clooney and Darfur for instance. He's the #1 role model.

>Despite his inexperience, Obama's victory in a state that is like 2% black (vs. 10% for the nation) shows that people want something different.

Or, he's a really charismatic speaker that's running an excellent campaign and is a darling of the press...
