Rudy never visited Iowa, but he had as much staff as Romney there. He didn't run any TV ads, but had an extensive direct mail campaign. According to the press.

Also very low turn-out for the GOP in Iowa except religious conservatives. In fact I'll bet Obama got more GOP votes than Guiliani did. And Ron Paul did more than twice as well as Guiliani. Romney meanwhile spent something like $3000 per vote repping the Bush-Cheney coroporate country club establishment. They got shellacked. Time for the Bushie rightwing to swear off the koolaid, admit they've been wrong and crooked, fire Limbaugh and Hannity and start getting real and showing they actually care about this country's future. It's not too late to prove you're not a total disgrace to your country.
