I believe that a smart person can figure out a way to make money in any environment, and with additional smarts can get to keep some of it as conditions change. People made money in real estate -- fine with me, so did I. Today, as we speak, the best way to keep any wealth you might have made in real estate is to flee the dollar -- and US real estate. But it is free country and if it is the only song you know, by all means play it again. Just don't ask me to dance with you.
