The biggest issue is the failure, corruption and criminality of Bushies. That is the reason that the most progressive and maverick GOP candidates are the only ones winning. That is because Bushies had eight years in power and failed to totally that no one in their right mind wants anything to do with their policies again, including Bush's tax cuts, which is the one item GOP'ers on these threads try to brag about, tax cuts which turn out to be totally unfair to the middleclass and huge budget-budget deficit creators as well. If we can afford tax cuts they ought to be for those people who suffered the most under Bush-Cheney, the US middleclass. Bush's base, the very rich and CEO class should be the main ones who have to pay off the Bush deficits. The Bushie corrupotion is also why the Dem congress is unpopular, because they have failed to impeach him, throw Cheney in prison and end their debacle in Iraq. That is a fact. It is the only reason 40% of the country don't like congress these days. Otherwise they'd be at 70% approval.
