Edwards is right about Bushie corporate/government corruption. It is at the heart of every major issue that's crushing us these days, from $100 oil to the debacle in Iraq to health care costs exploding to mortgage crises to our huge deficits. The list goes on and on in smaller ways.

What we need to do is take all the industries Bush-Cheney pimp for and start regulating them. Because there isn't a single industry behind Bush-Cheney which doesn't make a product that's either harmful to our health or that we need to sustain a decent life. No accident all the regulated (or should be regulated) industry groups side with the economic rightwing against the American people, our fiscal solvency and our environment.

I didn't say Edwards won or would win. I said the opposite. What I did say is for many who do support him his real appeal is he's not black or a woman.

Hardly. Most people voting for Edwards like him for his populist approach and his ties to the unions. Its true there are people who support him because they don't think a black man can win the presidency in this country but that's not due to prejudice but pragmaticism.

And I understand their choice.....its hard to go on hope and faith as Obama is asking.
