peter ...it using that as the definition of "responibiliy".

at most a private pension plan it is only one of an infinite number of things that prove a person responcible...financially.

to responcibly prepare for ones retirement means only to have put aside enough assets to provide for retirement.ie,houses,shops,collector cars,baseball cards...what ever serves as a store of value .
