So, yep, we probably all need to be reminded of whatever "normalcy" we've had in our lives. My son teaches 2nd grade in a mostly Hispanic school and tells some very similar stories.

When I first read that, I thought that it was something you did personally. Then I read more closely. Just something you picked off a blog. Brian is a black guy who has been "volunteering" his time in hopes of making contacts with other true believers who can help him get a full-time teaching position.
