John He is thick as a brick. A know nothing know it all;0) He is to busy pontificating to learn new tricks, and lazy, his RE broker can not do this for him ,so it is to much effort. youtube.com I have turned down deals 50% on the dollar on condos,to many problems with the members not paying maintance fees. =================================== You need to read a few books on distressed RE investing, finding motivated sellers..you don't get this stuff usually through MLS or FSBO's...
