Simply not correct kate. All spending must come from the Dem controlled house. The ability to cut spending is COMPLETELY UNDER CONTROL OF THE DEMS.

For instance - all the earmarks this year - courtesy of your local financially irresponsible Dems.

It will be really interesting in the general election campaign to see what "change" is.
