In tonight's GOP debate McCain says criminal illegals should be immediately deported. Citizens have lost faith in the gov. "These are God's children"..blah,blah,blah. He's still squishy on the issue. Romney says the 12M should not be allowed to stay here permanently, it's a form of amnesty and is not approriate. We're a nation of laws and the nation is based on laws. Should not be a path to citizenship for ILLEGALS only for those who come legally. "It's unfair to say they get to stay when there are people around the world who are waiting in line." Giuliani: stop illegals at the border..raise a fence and electronic system. It's not physically possible to eject 12M illegals, therefore get rid of criminals first, tell all others to come forward for ID card, those who don't are shipped back to Mexico. Romney says he did not endorse any of the reform plans..McCain disagrees. Romney refuses to yield without making his point..Yeah! Says McCain's plan is inappropriate..do not give the current illegals a reward for breaking the law. Romney asks McCain to drop the personal attacks. John's nasty gene is surfacing. If you don't agree with that man, he makes it personal. Giuliani makes a joke..that's what it's all about folks--show biz. Thompson says we should secure the border. It's a nat'l sec. issue. Assist employers with the system 20-30,000 FAIR & HONEST American businesses already use. Highlights Giuliani's law suits while Gov. Huckabuck makes another lame joke..haha. Suddenly he's concerned about national security, send illegals to the back of the line..he really is born again. Allelulia! the elitists see the light. HA! "The gov didn't escort them over the border so they can go back on their own"??? They won't go back while governors like Huckabee offer them free college tuition. Please voters, don't foist him on the GOP. Romney..Repubs very much in support of legal immigration--not illegal. Amen.
