I didn't hear McCain in Iowa arguing to cut the farm bill. Did you?

McCain is a good budget hawk.
He's voted with the rest of the Republicans for a borrow and spend policy. He may talk up fiscal issues, but his votes were strictly Republican party line.

The GOP is destroyed for 16 years. Bush-cheney's corruption did it. McCain agreed too many times with them to be a viable candidate except amongst older conservatives. He has no viability at all outside that group.

If I were a GOP candidate I'd run against Bush, sort of. But only Ron Paul does it, and he raised more money any of them. Paul Huckabee, McCVain, Romney, they're all different wings and they blame erach other now. Bushies are most to blame, of course. They betrayed their country for very narrow selfish reasons. Real A-holes and criminals, frankly.

McCain actually betrayed his country when he turned down Kerry's offer of VP in 2004. And he was stupid. They could have united the country and got us out of Iraq. Instead we got four terrible Bushie years, the worst kind. Nad for almost everyone except the oil, HMO and weapons companies.
