Yes, meanwhile the 90%+ of Intel's market (by revenue) that isn't in emerging markets, is tanking.

And the emerging markets pay $35 for a CPU that takes $25 to FAB and test, vs. the $150 that non-emerging markets pay for parts with the same marginal cost.

...and that's what's happening to Intel (and AMD).
