Find me a house in Danville CA at an 80% discount to peak real estate prices and I wil pay you 20% commission on the value of the sale. I know I can buy a house in the worst markets of the country cheap -- that is a no brainer. As for whether you make money -- I hope you do -- but only time will tell whether you have it right this time. Sometimes things are cheap because they are not worth much. Now find me that house in Danville (or Kailua) so I can write you a check.
