Oh I see what you're saying.....according to Bill, the Constitution is not a founding document. So then are you suggesting it was introduced after the country had been established? I hope not. In fact, the Constitution is not only a founding document, most consider it the most important founding document. The Declaration of Independence is awe inspiring but its impact pales in comparison to the Constitution. If only the Bush cohort respected that document as much as I do.
