<It is going to be happening in Danville> Well I certainly hope so -- but the median price of a house here is about 1.2 million and median household income runs around 150k with almost no unemployment so, while prices will go down, it will take a while before the kind of people who live around here sell their houses for a couple of hundred thousand dollars -- no offense intended. As for my business it is none of yours. As for my education, I have one and found it useful. You don't know me very well -- that is ok with me.
