KT,

>It is amazing how many people misunderstand Hillary's loss in Iowa.<

People tend to view things through their own political eyes instead of as a neutral outside observer.

When the typical republican looks at Hillary, they think of all the things the typical republican hates about her and project that on democrats who could very well love the things they hate.

I had a conversation about John McCain on another board. Someone from the left couldn't quite grasp why McCain being for increasing the troops right from the start was a plus for him in the primaries and being so soft on illegal immigration issues was a major negative.

You have to stand back and try to understand what other people think and why. Then you can remain balanced in your "analysis" even if your own preferences happen to tilt to the left or right. It would appear that is a very rare skill because most people are so consumed with their own agenda they couldn't find the center with mapquest and GPS.
