I have no disagreement that housing is going down. I have bet on gold as well. Of course the question is how much will housing go down in dollar terms and in gold terms. I think it will go down 30 percent nationwide in dollar terms and well over 75 percent in gold terms.

My only disagreement with you is regarding the foreclosure numbers for Danville. You are using the wrong numbers from a website as proof. I know the area quite well and if over a thousand houses in such an affluent town were being foreclosed (as opposed to just 7 or 8) that would be the topic of every conversation. And it is not.
