is neolib delusional again? where has realclimate pointed out any models showing anything?? all wonder at what delusions neolib finds in the climate models that predict nothing found in the current measurements of the real world. post 19391 is just another two sentence babble of the meaningless. Is this fact the truth? In a cubic centermeter of atmosphere (STP) containing .03% CO2 there are 8.257982 trillion molecules of CO2. That's 8.257,982,000,000,000 Is it not then rational to believe all infrared wavelengths are adsorbed in the first 10 meters of the atmosphere? That supposition has been tested with lab measurements. Is it not rational that the energy adsorbed for these wavelengths increases the vibration or heat of those molecules? Would not that energy be quickly distributed to other 3000 non CO2 molecules of air that surround each molecule of CO2.? The adsorption of photon by matter and the nature of that interaction is described documented with little dispute of the underlying process. So then what is the idiot's mechanism, what tooth fairy law of physics supports the delusional idea of CO2 somehow driving global temperature change. Who do the idiots AKA neolibs worship for what is.
