Prolly that too, but I'm sure not going to hit the guy. What should I do? That is the question.......give him a tongue lashing? What's wrong with making a report with the police? Then it would be on record that this punk is a menace.

I would say to management, either you hold this guy for the cops or face my attorney in a suit against this store for allowing the perpetrator of an assault against a 9 year old child to get away.
