Whole thing sucks !

You are right, the stock sold at 14.00 a share for Frank and Obrien set them up. You can look at it as it does not really matters for them at this point on.

While the rest of us are on pins and needles.

The flip side is that they still own a decent amount of stock too.

The whole situation sucks.
