One time my bro the cop got a call from a citizen that that a cop was asleep on a roof top( it was during a Presidental,Clinton,caravan) she was supposed to be guarding him. My Bro suspended her. She sue for racial discrimination. After a year in court she got all back pay and 100,000 dollars and her pick where she wanted to go in the dept. My bro never arrested or did a thing until he retired, what was the use.
