the prob i see currently is the price is falling without concurrent news event. It was triggered with the offering. The fact that the the insiders wanted out was a clue (insiders are still selling as we speak). The second clue was the price didnt recover when the VC changed their mind. Mr. market is telling us that there is bad news afoot. I have no idea what it is. THATS what keeps me from buying more. When the bad news does materialize then we can gauge how meaningful it is. If there is no bad news then I guess the market is not efficient.
