I never said anything about debates not being good for getting tax and budget plans or philosophies out. I said debates are not a good forum to discuss specifics of a healthcare plan, of which the chances of passing in the format being "debated" are nil.

That's what I said.

If you can't read what I wrote, why are you making a federal case about it?
