"Chris Wallace looked like a little kid beside himself with all the heavy weights sitting before him, I didn't like his interview style, not one bit..."

Thanks, GZ....you and I saw much the same thing last night. I think the problem with Wallace (and it is not limited to Wallace - Blitzer does it, so do many of the others) is that they think asking a question should be a "gotcha" moment. "Mr. Romney, six years ago you said this off the cuff....do you still defend it". Stupid. Why not take their published positions and statements they have made recently...and work from that, but in more of an analytical way to work out details....It seems about embarassing people instead of getting depth.

Still, I agree with you that the forum method is far superior to the staged debates...I just wish the questions and responses were better...and that Dr. Paul was there to add spice.

I think he should have been there, in fact I also think if they wanted to eliminate someone, they could have removed Fred Thompson, that guy just puts me to sleep... he acts like he won't listen to anyone but himself, he comes across bullheaded and too stubborn for his own good... but, I'm glad they didn't eliminate him, but they shouldn't have eliminated anyone as long as he's a legitimate candidate...

Fred is not as energetic as I wish he would be, but the fact that he is a conservative does not make him stubborn. I wouldn't vote for him, he has shown a tendancy to take the easy way out when he was a Senator. McCain I don't agree with, but he is a hard worker. Looks like I may have to choose between Rudy and Romney.
