Re: "I think Paul's omission was a poor decision by a Fox producer."

Well, if that's all it was they sure had plenty of time to rectify it before putting their little invitation-only shindig on!

Plenty of people called for an honest and open explanation of just what the supposed 'criteria' were for participation in the 'forum'... and all FOX came back with was that it was based somehow on unspecified 'national polls'.

Seeing as how Paul actually ties Rudy, and leads Thompson and Hunter in New Hampshire polls (& has for a while now), and beat them all in fund raising, the New Hampshire GOP pulled it's sponsorship of the event when FOX refused to answer those questions.

Don't know why FOX didn't just say "we are inviting whoever we want to, and excluding whoever we want to, because it's OUR PROGRAM"... but I suppose that being direct and honest like that would have cost them the co-sponsorship of the Republicans of New Hampshire... 'course, that happened ANYWAY. <GGG>

No smart. Paul makes the Republicans seem silly and has no chance to win. The five selected has at least a slim chance to win.
