SNDK fell after they bought FLSH. Fairly common dilution experience.

There is rapid change in solid state memory.

OT-

I've owned SNDK before, and gave up and sold it because I don't like to try to time stocks, and I haven't got a clue as to when flash is in demand or when it is in a supply glut. I agree it business is similar to OVTI (other than the IP part), but I prefer OVTI at 4.3x ex-cash to SNDK at 10.3x. SNDK appears sort of inexpensive. OVTI is ridiculously cheap.
