I guess the only sure bet is that there will either be a capitulation, launch, or both since the SPOOS are unchanged since 2001, that's a long time of basing or stalling -g-

japanese clowns maybe have more sense than the clowns running our show...they only like to kill themselves at the very end when failure is achieved, ours like to fail many times over then get promoted/elected/nominated for another chance to do it bigger the next time and kill someone else -bg-
