I was just listening to Rush... he's still in panic mode.

Rush is generally panicked as he knows his salad days are coming to an end soon.

Hucky just isn't going to be mean-spirited enough to make Rush and the neocon (R)'s happy. He seems to actually CARE for the poor and disadvantaged, citing it as a reason to raise taxes, which is another mark against him.
