Hard to believe they are only 10% overstaffed considering the circumstances. Wonder if they counting the ones they will replace with indian call centers and independent contractors? I'd bet the number by end of 2008 will be closer to 20%. How many does it take to lick and mail all those envelopes with the credit card offers anyway? -g-
