The article says CFC 'fabricated' documents. Here is an excerpt and the link to the NYTimes website: I hope you are not a shareholder of this POS company. What a mess.... I read somewhere that Ken Heebner of CGM shorted this thing, although he won't 'talk' about his short positions. Probably a big reason why his fund is up something like 80%....
