Hi Marcos, Spoke to Graeme O'neil of Kex today. assays in the lab, most things behind the schedule I had in my head. no time line indicated, still logging and splitting core. They have some core from Flagstaff, WA in the office and he does seem pleased by it. Arizona, two thrusts, one on the known workings, the other
on "possible" disseminated target to the west of underground.
Dr Clay C?? has been away and a death in the family has been unfortunate. the poor man lost his wife recently.

Meanwhile, they have put extensive efforts into determining the market acceptability of the Barite in Washington, in particular and also the Bentonite in Nevada. Amenability to market needs in both cases being determined. These are secondary plays to the gold, silver but they could also provide serious cash to the company and reduce future dilution. I doubt any investor will give these "MUD" ASSETS a penny of value until they actually do produce a known or quantifiable revenue source. Haliburton would be a natural buyer if the Mud meets industry specs. we should know this in a few weeks.

Meanwhile, a PP will be needed, it sounds like they are aiming for a small injection, not hugely dilutive. That will carry them forward for a time, Washington sounds like the lead property and will be under snow until April sometime. That is why it was important for them to get a couple holes in so they could plan the Spring push at Flagstaff.

None of this really thrills me and I am holding mega shares, BUT, I see nothing that would tell me it is worth my while o bail and look elsewhere. From my entry point, and given what I know I do believe I am better off to just sit on kEX.

Regards,
Ogi
