OSIR was up 11.67% and is still up 9.23% with volume almost half its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com The stock trades above the ACTAY of $5.75 OSIR has resistance at the $6.60 and $7.30 levels. But the insiders hold a good % of the stock,the short ratio has increased and is around 15% of the float.
