Yep, I think the US banking system will survive, all banks won't die tomorrow, although some may die the day after tomorrow -g-. Some dirt cheap stuff there, with grenades attached, of course, so one has to be careful. I think the analysts pretty much warned the markets about the coming writeoffs, and we might see that things are not as bad as they described during the earnings season -g- T-rates at all time lows amount to cash on the sidelines, and then there is a 50bp. cut at the end of the month -g-
