What you lefties call "Greed" is a pejorative for "Selfish action." All people pursue their own happiness. 24/7/365. That is human nature. That is why all forms of collectivism fail and Capitalism is the only economic system that works. Since the Berlin Wall came down, Socialism is now exposed as a total failure. You can't find anybody that wants to go back to the old system in Russia, etc. The only places that still attempt it are Cuba and North Korea. And an occasional South American Dictator. And what a mess they are! But you people never give up on wanting to run a commanding heights economy. That is why you find Global Warming so attractive. It gives you an excuse to justify running our lives. And you try to "back door" ways to do it in. As you are doing right now in California, with a regulation to equip all home thermostats with a FM receiver that allows the Sacramento Bureaucrats to set the home temperatures in case of an "emergency." It sounds like something out of a "black helicopter" conspiracy, but it's for real. All in the name of "stopping Global Warming."
