Really, taxes were lower? Marginal rates were in the 90's and as a % of GDP taxes were at record highs too. But you say taxes were lower than they are now? Really, Pearl Harbor pales in comparison to 9-11? I guess you're entitled to your opinion. So considering 9-11 and the fact you're surprised the S&P isn't down 6+ years later, what are you expecting for the next post 9-11 6 years? The same 2% we've had under Bush? Will we ever recover to normal market growth? Should i be buying gold? SD
