Since the three hand-picked journalists won't release the actual records to the public and won't disclose under what conditions they were under in getting access to the records, it's still a secret.

Nothing wrong with the fact that Kerry wants to keep his records a secret. All he has to do is call B.S. on the Swifties and claim that he is under no obligation to prove anything.

Of course, with the way Kerry flip-flops on just about everything, including his own Vietnam service (remember his anti-war activities?), it's no wonder he feels compelled to sign the Form 180 ... before he didn't, of course.
