Was going to give a TA read on UNG, but see it opened just last 4/19(at 50), so i just don't have data.
But as i said, my IQ Charts gave buy on its 1/7 close.
On this upswing i can't really tell much without seeing at what level and when it commenced its upswing last year.
But OBV has been parabolic upwards since 12/24.
In the meantime USO OBV has been DIVING down since 11/20.
Regards crude, it should break below 90 on THE PERCEPTION of what recession will do to price of oil.
So if crude starts plunging on Mere Perception of what a recession will do to price of crude i will be looking to buy if a hard sell-off develops based merely on this pre-embedded PERCEPTION.
One in these days i think people will believe in Peak Oil, but it will have to be PROVEN to them.
i personally believe Peak Oil remains the lesser held view as most people are frozen looking at the rear view mirror and seeing what price of crude did in the past, all this Peak Oil talk is just talk to them.
They will learn in time, me thinks:)Max

i heard a deflationer ranting hard that it is real real close to hitting, including food and agriculture--really everything(except gold)
Am i wrong in thinking deflation in food and agriculture at this time would mean malnutrition and/or starvation would be spreading both here and globally.
