Billy Bush, Dumbya's first cousin, was on "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" last night. Like his cousin, he isn't.

That being said, he was funny and had a good personality. The interesting part was that he had so many of the Prez's characteristics, albeit, in a younger, handsome guy. When he would get a question correct, he would strut and puff out his chest like a banty rooster. You could nearly hear him say, "Mission Accomplished. I answered a first grade true or false question. I'm da man. I'm da man." When he was wrong, it was "Oh, this is so hard." Yup, when you reach the third grade questions, things start to get tough. And, on the most important question of the evening, he lost $150,000 "trusting his gut."

The question, "what was Civil War General Stonewall Jackson's real first name?"

Several points. First, he said, "history is my best subject." Then, it was "I know it was Andrew. Andrew Stonewall Jackson." If he got it right, his charity would win $300,000. If he had quit, they would have $175,000. Instead, he guessed Andrew and dropped to $25,000.

I am not surprised that he didn't know Stonewall was named Thomas. Many folks don't and that's no sign they are stupid. Thinking, for certain, Stonewall was President Andrew Jackson, who died nearly 20 years before the Civil War, when history is your best subject...well, he is a Bush.

So, a funny guy with a good personality. He is not smarter than a 5th grader, but he is smarter than poor Kelly Pickerel. Though that sad case took home twice as much money for not being as cocksure of her wrong answer.

Billy graduated from Muenster College. Whoops, I mean Colby College. I knew it was a cheesy school. Also, you know he had to go to a private college where donations matter more than academics.
