There are about 60,000 Sunni's that were fighting against us now fighting for us......we pay them each $300 a month. The Shiites are being quiet because the Iranians leaned on Sadr.....

9 of 18 provinces have been turned over to Iraqi control. We're on schedule to turn over Anbar - the biggest security problem prior to the surge - next spring.

Our policy is succeeding and everyone s/b happy about this.
