Nobody starved Schiavo to death, you moron. She had been kept artificially alive for on a feeing tube way too long despite being a braindead vegetable. Feeding tubes are a terrible way to artificially keep the terminally ill alive.

Had an uncle on a feeding tube for a while when surgery on his throat or esophagus was healing. He would get hungry before the next feeding. Without the feeding tube he would starve and suffer all of the symptoms. I don't see how its any better when the person is self aware but has lost most of their intelligence. It is starving them to death plain and simple.
