Romney's count is the hard count. If so, then Romney is right in claiming the delegate count as stated.

Iowa was a straw poll and not binding as I think I understand.

Is that correct?

So that just proves Romney is right.
It's laughable to suggest Romney doesn't know or lies about his numbers. It's even more laughable to suggest that he was a screwup at Bain. Romney has his faults, but he is one of the smartest money managers in the world.
