If the CA initiative passes, CA votes would be distibuted by PR rather than winner take all. Now that would be fair, right as republican would pick up lets say 25 out of 55 votes while the other 49 do it the other way. This is a trainwreck waiting to happen. 50 equal states have little import in todays world. Time to change the constitution to at least prevent the CA conundrm above. How about PR for all or winner take all as now but not a mix?
