Do you mean without prohibition?

Gersh, my general approach to life is...do as you please, but stay the hell out of my way while you do it. An example would be the high or drunk s.o.b. that staggered out into the path of my vehicle one dark night. I missed hitting him because the rotation of his wobble just happened to move him the half foot it took to avoid slinging him back across the ditch, pure luck. Sure, I could have avoided the possible incident by not being out legally driving down the road or maybe going 3 mph knowing something like that was liable to happen.

If you want me come out against any form of prohibition of substances used or ingested, then get me free of any liability arising from the normal function of my sober life. Personally, I'm all for prohibitions against people entering my property to do me harm either physically or financially....how about you? Seems there are strings attached to lots of actions in life.
