You are in deep denial, lady. This is the most corrupt, dishonest and costly administration since Herbert Hoover. The 50 cent dollars and 250 point drops in the Dow you see now are a direct result of their huge rip-off scheme which led all the corporate pigs to the trough of OUR MONEY and let them gorge without regulation or accountability. The whole notion that the rightwing has that corporations can be trusted but government cannot is total BS. History has proven time after time that efficient government like we had in the 90's is far-far preferable to unregulated industry. Almost always when you deregulate industry and let corporations do anything they want they will gouge, price-fix, rip off and plunder. because they are by definition amoral, caring only about profit, except for a few progressive companies who actually care. The phony war on terror has also been a huge ripoff. Countless billions have been stolen, wasted and squandered while the 9-11 perps haven't even been punished yet and the Middle East is a much bigger mess than it was in 2001. Actually the best thing we can do against terrorism is elect Obama. With his name, the Islamics would probably back off immediately and end their prejduice against the USA. Because that's all it really is, ignorant, bigoted racial and religious prejudice, same as on the far right in this country. So you really need to wake up and stop cupporting these crooks on the far right. Even even a McCain who is a decent guy but has way too many connections to the wrogn people. We need a whole new government after this year. We need to move forward not stay quagmired in Reagan myths and backward pessimistic thinking. This land is OUR land, not the huge corporations' and Bushie economic elitist misersd who don't want to pay taxes, yet want to milk this land for eveything they can.
