Making major changes in our health care system doesn't exactly seem to be something that fits with the idea of reserving judgment.

Besides at least in general terms we have a lot of knowledge about socialism. An extensive degree of socialism tends to cause problems.

The "safest" is to reserve judgement until you have some knowledge.
