If Rudy pulls this strategy off (ignoring Iowa and New Hampshire) then we will probably see those 2 states becoming just footnotes in future elections. Why would anybody spend time and money there if they could just concentrate on the Big Super Tuesday States and still get the nomination. It looks like it's not going to work out that way though, since it's Rudy that seems to be becoming just a footnote in this election. In 20 years though, I wouldn't be surprised to see those 2 states throwing a Party and nobody showing up.
