Ted, you have previously said that you believe the NYTimes is moderate. They are in fact a leftwing extremist outlet. In order to have that perspective you have to be more extremist than them. There are more extremist leftwingers than you, but not many.

We've have gone over this and over this a million times....or so it seems. You and I are never going to agree about what the NY Times is.....suffice to say its one of the best newspapers in this country and one of the better ones in the world. You will forever disagree and that's your right in this country but like in so many other things, you are wrong in that view.

Having said that you are going to have to make peace with the fact that the NY Times exists and is not going to go away any time soon, and that for many of us its an important source, albeit not the only source, of news and information.

You will also have to make peace with the fact that TX is a big and important state in this country but it is not the only big and important state in this country. And that there are many people even in TX that don't agree with your views. And outside of TX, there are many, many people who will consider you sitting very much on the far right of the political spectrum. That's just the way it is.....and all your complaining and flaming ain't going to change that fact.

Perhaps you are a centrist in relation to leftwing extremists.

Where I sit on the political spectrum is unimportant.......what's important is that we make peace with the fact that we have very different views; that that's just the way it is and always will be.
