I'm pissed about this marion jones story. What a bunch of BS. And on this issue of "lying under oath", I was very familiar with white collar backdating cases in Silicon Valley- not that those are so significant but I just happened to be very familiar with these- and prosecutors lie CONSTANTLY under oath, they lie the moment they open their mouth, and both the British government and Canada are completely astonished at our screwed up justice system and are doing all they can to extradite their citizens from our courts. Hopefully this improves when Dumbya is gone but I have to wonder if this has been the state of the criminal justice system forever, I just never saw it close up.
