right your issues sound like what happened to me the last time I upgraded. But as I mentioned once I was up against a wall because Quicken stopped supporting an old version and upgrading into turbotax so I was stuck. This time I am doing it ahead of time. I haven't had any issues yet but I expect some. So far just minor nuisances like the renaming rules. If you are on a mac that could be the issue, I am on an old winxp box where I run quicken.
